Sime Darby Auto ConneXion-Ford has introduced the Ford Mobile Service – as the name suggests, the initiative brings maintenance and light repair services to the customer’s doorstep.
Customers can book Ford-certified technicians to carry out a range of essential maintenance services – including oil changes, multi-point inspections, battery replacements, and wiper and filter changes – at their preferred time and location. Of course, only genuine parts and manufacturer-approved tools are used, for total peace of mind.
“We are pleased to introduce the Ford Mobile Service as part of our continuous efforts to bring greater value and convenience to enhance the ownership experience. This initiative enables customers to access professional care for their vehicles with the same confidence they would expect at a dealership,” said Auto ConneXion-Ford MD Turse Zuhair.
The service offers four service slots from 9am to 3.30pm on Mondays through Fridays, and two service slots on Saturdays from 9am to 11am. There is a fixed call-out fee for locations within a 20-km radius of Ford Ara Damansara, although there will be a limited-time introductory offer on this fee. Outside this radius, additional charges will apply.
Customers can either book appointments through the Sime Motors OneGo app (Apple iOS | Google Android) or through Ford Ara Damansara’s customer service hotline at 03-7621 5111.
Ford Mobile Service starts as a pilot programme at Ford Ara Damansara, but Auto ConneXion plans to progressively expand it to additional Ford dealerships nationwide.
